All High Desert Studio fine art boxes are custom made, so please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be mindfully packaged & shipped out to their new homes. Tracking info will be sent via email for your convenience. Please note that High Desert Studio is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses that may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. If you live outside the US, please email hello@shophighdesertstudio.com to get shipping quotes for either original paintings or unframed prints. Please note that High Desert Studio is not responsible for any applicable duty fees or import taxes which may arise upon accepting your parcel. Duty tax is charged at the discretion of the shipping company and the laws of the country that is receiving the art. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. PRINTS

All High Desert Studio framed prints are made to order and have a standard lead time of 2-4 weeks for framing and shipping. Unframed prints generally ship within 1-2 weeks. Delivery

High Desert Studio offers delivery for wool orders to customers in South Orange County. If you are a local client, please get in touch via email for delivery timelines & quotes.

Returns

Wool soft goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, but must be in new / unused coniditon with original packaging. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. High Desert Studio cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Wool Care

All of our products are hand-made and thus have organic imperfections which add to the beauty of each hand painted or woven item. Wool products made with plant based dyes may naturally fade overtime and only adds to the unique characteristics of each handmade item. Please view more in depth care instructions here.
